RESOURCE: My 3 favorite workout partners that I've never met in real life.
If you’re anything like me, finding and picking and sticking with a workout routine can sometimes feel really hard. That’s why - as a former athlete (believe it or not) - at this point in my life, I focus on movement, not just high performance workouts. I do this for a few reasons, but mostly because I’m too old and busy to be suffering through physical exercise that doesn’t bring me joy. And because, plainly, I have to be very careful about not choosing movement that causes my body more inflammation than the stress of serial entrepreneurship and allergies, and … you name it.
I’m sure you’ve been able to identify - at least once in life - some sort of movement that feels right for you. But in the case that you haven’t, or you’re just looking to add some new options for physical activity into your life, here are a few of my favorite women that have been with me - through thick body and thin body, weeks of international travel, months of solo work from home, and more - for the last four to five years.
